These rules are general for all users. It is the responsibility of moderation and administration to make sure the rules are followed.
Please note that the game administration of ETanks reserves the right to restrict access to users at any time without explanation.
The game rules can be changed at any time without notifying users. User automatically agrees with the rules of the project from the moment of registration of his game account.
A list of possible restrictions:
Blocking (temporary/permanent) in-game or on other resources.
In-game ban (temporary/permanent)
Resetting game account
Other restrictions:
⚠️ The game administrators and developers have exclusive rights, and have the right to disregard the game rules in whole or in part, and may act at their own discretion in any situation. Other helpers are subject to project rules and internal rules.
⚠️ The game administrators and moderators reserve the right to set punishment terms that differ from those in the rules. Penalty time is set according to the player's karma.

GENERAL TERMS
1.1 By registering an account to ETanks, you agree to these rules.
1.2 Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from these responsibilities.
1.3 Administration has the right to update these rules at any time without informing the players.
1.4 Administration is not obligated to refund the game resources lost as a result of bugs, errors, rollbacks and other unexpected cases.
1.5 The account owner is the person who has registered an account on the game server.
1.6 It is strictly prohibited to transfer or sell the account to anyone.
1.7. You are obliged to keep your account details private. The safety of the account is completely up to you.
1.8 Administration is not obliged to compensate any losses incurred by any user who has gained access to your account in part or in full.
1.9 Responsibility for activities on your account performed by third parties is your responsibility.
1.10. The administration of the project reserves the right to deny you the use of the project at any time.

GAMEPLAY
2.1.1 Inactivity for more than 5 minutes is prohibited and is not allowed more than three times in a row in team battles.
⚠️ Punishment: Kick, account blocked for 1 hour for the 5th time for the same violation
2.1.2 Passive behaviour gameplay- it is strictly forbidden for a user to engage in full or partial 'passive' behaviour. This behaviour means behaviour that does not comply with the rules of the game modes (interfering with the team, taking a place in the battle, taking crystal boxes without playing the game mode's main objective).
⚠️ Punishment: Kick, account blocked for 1 hour for the third time for the same violation.
2.1.3 It is forbidden to interfere with the team that the user is fighting for in team modes (sabotage). Among the following actions are considered to be sabotage: fighting against one's own team, intentionally choosing weak weapons, frequent breaks, simulating Internet connection problems, fighting in the interest of the other team (collusion), fighting from several accounts, intentionally ignoring opponents, alliances with the other team, etc. Multi-accounting - several accounts of the same player are not allowed to be in the same or different battles at the same time - this applies to all game modes, except for Parkour.
⚠️ Penalty: Kick, account blocking for 1 hour for the third time for the same violation.
2.1.4 Powerleveling is forbidden. By powerleveling we mean: collusion, leading to a significant advantage in favour of one of the teams in team modes; battle between accounts of the same user; battle with players who collect crystals and do not hit back.
Modes like WF/HF (Wasp fire/Hornet fire) do not count.
⚠️ Punishment: Kick, account block for 1 day for the third violation in a day , block applies to the the second account as well.
2.1.5. Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, in-game defects in the game or other game resources is forbidden. Discovered bugs should be reported to the administrator.
⚠️ Punishment: Temporary block of the account from a day to a week for the first violation.
2.1.6. The usage and distribution of software that provides advantages over other players is forbidden: cheats, programs for automating gameplay (including bots, clickers, programs for automatic keyboard and mouse control). It is forbidden to intercept game data, modify them and perform any other actions not provided in-game functionality.
⚠️ Punishment: Account block for a MONTH or FOREVER, possibly IP block.
2.1.7 Cheating players for personal gain is forbidden. Any kind of hijacking/stealing/hijacking of another User's account is forbidden.
⚠️ Punishment: Chat ban or account ban for 1 week for the first violation.
2.1.8 Actions aimed at getting the password, other account data or other personal information of any other user, including in the form of extortion using threats of moral, physical or technical abuse, are prohibited.
⚠️ Punishment: Chat ban for a week for the first violation.

OTHER
3.0 It is forbidden to create battles with inappropriate names. Names of battles should not be offensive, include profanity, including in a veiled form.
must not be visually similar to the nicknames of current and former employees of the Administration or helpers of the game;
must not contain profanity, obscene language, insults/insults provocation (in the form of words, abbreviations, expressions or phrases);
must not contain elements of racism, fascism, insults or nicknames based on racial, national or religious grounds, or which lead to incitement to hatred, intolerance, or ethnic division;
must not contain calls for violence, terrorism, extremism, mass disorder;
must not contain political agitation, political advertising in any form;
must not directly or indirectly relate to political organisations or figures, including those who have committed political crimes or crimes against humanity, terrorist acts;
must not contain direct or indirect propaganda or call for the use of alcohol and alcohol-containing products, beer, tobacco products, narcotic drugs, toxic, psychotropic and/or intoxicating substances, their precursors, information about the methods and places of their production, acquisition, cultivation and use;
must not contain information regarding engaging in gambling, prostitution, vagrancy, begging;
must not contain information on how to commit suicide, calls to commit suicide, violence or other life- or health-threatening acts;
must not advocate towards unlawful behaviour, crime, violence, cruelty, harm and/or incitement to commit acts prohibited by law;
must not contain criticism of the Game and Administration;
must not contain advertisements or hyperlinks;
must not contain links to cheats, cheat sites, or to resources violating Licensor's rights;
⚠️ If the game nickname does not meet the above requirements or other requirements stipulated by these Rules, the Administration has the right at its own discretion to
demand the User to change the game nickname into a permissible one and block the Player's Account for the term necessary for the rename operation;
block the User's Account permanently.
3.1.1 It is forbidden to use more than one account in order to bypass a ban, chat block or other limitations for one player.
⚠️ Punishment: Blocking of the account; possibly blocking by IP.
3.1.2 Third-party advertising is prohibited.
3.1.3 Refunds for purchased game services can only be made if program errors occurred during the issuing process. Otherwise, refunds will be fraudulent.
⚠️ Punishment: Account block.

NOTES
Repeated violations of these rules will result in a penalty increase for each subsequent violation.
A penalty for violation of any item in this section of the rules may be replaced by a warning (at the discretion of the moderator).
Karma is a list of the offences previously committed violations on your account. Each of your chat and/or game violations will be saved in your personal karma. Your karma will be the first thing you will receive when you receive your punishment.
The statute of limitations is the length of time during which the player committing the violation can be penalised.
If you see someone breaking the rules you may report this to any of the active moderators by personal message in discord.
The personal message to the moderator must clearly state the point of violation, making sure to attach a screenshot of the chat where you can clearly see the violation.
The administration of the Game manages the game at their own discretion, however, they will always respect the opinion of the community.
The usage of the services of the Game is done by the Player (User) on his/her own and on an "as-is" basis, which means that the Administration is in no way responsible to the Player for any direct and/or indirect damages that the Player may suffer because of receiving the service or inability to receive the service.
The rules are being progressively updated.
The current rules can be changed by the administrators of the game without any prior notice. The Player is obliged to check these rules at least once every seven days (i.e. weekly). If they fail to do so and the Player is still using the Services, the Player is considered to have reviewed and agreed to the current edition of the Rules as amended.

COMMUNICATION
Insults of any kind directed at other users (players, helpers, administrators) are forbidden.

Flooding, spamming and CAPS LOCK is not allowed.

Begging in any form, requesting for money transfers, game valuables and more is prohibited.

Discussion of actions of staff members is forbidden.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: 5 minutes - 1 hour.
Posting any private information about staff members or players (doxxing) is forbidden.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: 1 day - 1 week.
It is forbidden to spread any false information about staff members, players or other persons.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: 1 hour - 1 day.
Threats against any user is prohibited

Any form of discrimination based on gender, age, religion, and other characteristics is prohibited.

It is forbidden to post information about how to commit suicide, calls to commit suicide or other actions that pose a threat.

It is prohibited to engage in discussion on political topics (impose one's views, explain political situations, provoke discussion on politics and discuss military actions).

Any attempts to pretend to be a former or current staff member including sending messages on behalf of the administration is prohibited.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: 1 hour - 1 day.
It is forbidden to create battles with offensive/inappropriate names.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: 1 hour - 1 day.
It is forbidden to use more than 1 account to bypass a ban, block or other restrictions.

Posting pornographic and erotic materials or links to them is prohibited.

Direct or indirect propaganda of drugs and alcohol is prohibited.

It's forbidden to post links to other websites which are disguised as official game resources.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: Forever.
Website/hosting links that contain third party software (cheats, programs, clients etc.), links to websites containing software that modifies game functionality or are advertised as such are prohibited.
⚠️ Estimated punishment: Chat ban forever, possible permanent block of the account.
Other frauds aimed at mass account theft are prohibited.
